We are looking for a skilled Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to design and develop Pega-based applications, leading technical teams and ensuring that solutions are built to scale and meet business needs. The SSA will work on complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders and guiding junior architects and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Pega applications that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Lead technical development teams, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine business requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers and architects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
  • Perform system integration, regression testing, and performance tuning to optimize applications.
  • Provide technical documentation and support through all phases of the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Pega application development.
  • Strong experience with Pega PRPC, including design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Experience integrating Pega with other enterprise systems is a plus.

Citizenship and Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires candidates to be holders with at least three years of residency in the United States or Citizenship.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo a Federal Government background clearance process.
