Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.

Accurately document all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product developments.

Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.

Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (e.g., indoors, outdoors, confined spaces).

Willingness to travel for on-site service calls.
