LOCATION: This role is based out of our office in Austin,Texas or remote in New York City.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. The Trade Marketing Manager will manage wholesaler and field sales communication, oversee our participation in trade shows, and facilitate key market activities and partnerships. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects. The Trade Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the success of our participation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Communicate and execute marketing plans to drive brand visibility and product sales with field sales teams and wholesaler partners (cascades to field sales, execution resources, sales training, etc.)
  • Build relationships with the sales team and wholesaler partners to effectively execute marketing and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate participation in trade show events, including pre-event planning, asset development, logistics, staffing, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
  • Develop field marketing plans and manage field sales partnerships and events (stakeholder management, agency management, asset management, etc.)
  • Manage allocation of sales team and wholesaler partner incentives such as event tickets to ensure optimal utilization

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in field sales and wholesaler network.
  • 1+ year of experience in trade shows and events management
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successful event execution.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in trade show management.
  • Experience working in the consumer goods or lifestyle industry is a plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel requirements: 25% travel may be required for trade show and event attendance.
  • Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $85,000 - $95,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
