We are is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to manage data entry tasks, maintain databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and follow data protection protocols.
  • Retrieve and organize documents for reports or projects as requested by management.
  • Assist in generating reports, summaries, and presentations based on entered data.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent data loss.
  • Maintain and update paper and electronic filing systems as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum of 40 WPM).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Familiarity with data management software or CRM systems is an advantage.
