Powder is a multi-season destination and real estate development that fuses outdoor art, recreation, and community throughout 12,000 acres in the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, a Graphic Designer at Powder will play a role in executing design efforts and assets for Powder and its family of brands – including real estate, ski resort, and the emerging art program. This role will focus primarily on creating designs and assets for Powder Haven, our Real Estate development arm. This is a full-time position based in Utah.
Responsibilities:
- Asset Development: Create, design, and develop creative marketing assets needed for real estate communications and offerings across digital, web, social, print
- Establishment and Enforcement of Brand Guidelines: Develop brand guidelines to be used internally across departments to ensure highest quality of design standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of graphic design
- Collaborative work style - supporting teams and organizational changes
- Ability to translate high level conceptual ideas into design and visual language
- Exceptional project management skills and capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic environment
