Job Description

We are looking for a Director, Corporate FP&A to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis function, including the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with business units to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial performance, cost management, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the preparation of board presentations, investor relations materials, and other executive-level reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
  • Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 10+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
