Job Description: Laboratory Sales Representative

Location: Akron, OH

We’re seeking a dynamic sales representative to join our team and sell our industry-leading diagnostic tests and service lines to physicians and clinical offices in the assigned territory which includes East Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, and Canton, OH. You will be selling toxicology testing (medication monitoring) and molecular infectious disease testing to markets such as Pediatric, Urology, OBGYN, Behavior Health, Pain, Primary Care, and other specialties.

Industry Lab Diagnostic Partners is a fast growing clinical reference laboratory in the Midwest. We provide both sales and clinical educational training, as well as direct field management for you to succeed quickly. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and establish connections with healthcare facilities and providers in need of diagnostic testing services, completing 8-12 sales calls per day.
  • Present and demonstrate the lab's testing services and Lab Information Management System (LIMS) to healthcare professionals.
  • Provide ongoing education and updates on new diagnostic tests, procedures, and industry trends to clients.
  • Work closely with lab operations and commercial team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, progress, and results using CRM tools.
  • Attend training sessions (in person and virtually) with our internal team.


Compensation: $50,000 base, Uncapped Commission (estimated $80,000 within first year)
