Store Manager

Location：107 spring street SOHO

Responsibilities

• Sales and profitability

1.Drive assigned area/stores sales and profitability, proactively analyze the performance monitoring of business metrics such as sales, average purchase, productivity, etc

2. Propose and implement in-store strategy and improvement actions required, and lead team to achieve monthly sales target.

• Operation standards

1.Ensure that store administration duties are completed under Goelia’s business operation compliance standards

2.Arrange in-store display according to company standards

3.Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

4.Ensure exemplary customer service standards are achieved and maintained by sales associates

• Inventory and Account Management

1. Ensure goods are managed according to standards to prevent damage to goods.

2. Responsible for daily operations such as inventory delivery, replenishment, and cash.

3.Ensure timely and accurate sales records and be responsible for store accounts.

• Team management

1. Ensure the development of staff potential by leading team trainings and motivating the team

2.Ensure a healthy staff retention rate by managing team members performance, work schedules and turnover

Qualifications

1.Minimum 3 years of retail and proven track record or relevant experience in similar position managing a sales team

2.Ability to lead, train, develop and motivate team members

3.Ability to collect, assemble and analyze data and KPIs

4.Energetic, highly committed, and with passion for exceeding client expectations. 5.Excellent communication, client service and problem-solving skills

6.Understanding on fashion trends, strong business acumen, and knowledge on dress collocation

7.Flexible availability to work throughout the week, weekends, and public holidays

8.Fluent in Chinese is a plus
