Job Overview:

The Boomi Middleware Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions using Dell Boomi's cloud-based integration platform, with a specific focus on integrating SAP systems. This role involves collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across various applications and services, including SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both Boomi and SAP integration capabilities, as well as strong problem-solving skills and experience in middleware architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi s AtomSphere platform, with a focus on integrating SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
  • Create integration workflows, mappings, and configurations to connect SAP with other systems, applications, and data sources.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within integration solutions involving SAP.
  • Develop and maintain integration strategies that align with business goals and IT objectives, particularly around SAP integration.
  • Evaluate and recommend integration tools, technologies, and best practices for SAP integration.
  • Work closely with business analysts, SAP consultants, application owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand integration needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability, especially in SAP integrations.
  • Lead or support supply chain integration projects, including designing, planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, procurement, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • years of experience in middleware architecture, focusing on integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
  • Strong knowledge of Boomi AtomSphere platform, including Boomi Integration, Boomi API Management
  • Proficient in Dell Boomi and Boomi iPaaS Solutions
  • Proficient in Boomi Flows and should have implemented few end-to-end flows.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Database management
  • Expertise in API Development
  • Extensive experience with SAP integration, including knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC), SAP PI/PO, and IDocs.
  • Experience with various integration patterns, data transformation, and messaging protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios involving cloud and on-premises applications, particularly SAP.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.

Must have one or more of the certifications in Boomi
