Key Responsibilities:



  • Practice Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Salesforce practice in alignment with company goals and market demands.

  • Team Management & Growth: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects. Provide coaching and foster professional development.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Sales & Business Development: Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities, support RFPs, and deliver pre-sales presentations. Lead the creation of tailored Salesforce solutions that meet client business objectives.

  • Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in project execution.

  • Practice Development: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices. Drive thought leadership, contribute to industry forums, and ensure the practice remains competitive and cutting-edge.

  • Revenue Growth: Responsible for meeting revenue, profitability, and utilization targets for the Salesforce practice. Drive financial performance while maintaining a focus on high-quality service delivery.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and other technical leaders to ensure alignment and support for Salesforce projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce consulting, delivery, or practice leadership.

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations across various industries.

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related products.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and translate client needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.

  • Experience managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and achieving practice performance goals.

  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing talent.

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Architect, are highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
