Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Software Engineer specializing in Windows Application Development at Hyzync. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Bionic’s Windows application, working closely with our AI/ML engineers to integrate predictive algorithms and medical data visualization features into a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in Windows development, experience in healthcare or AI/ML technologies, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Bionic Windows application, ensuring high performance and usability for medical professionals.
  • Integrate AI models and algorithms (such as RNNs, regression models, and patient data analysis) to enable predictive risk assessments.
  • Design intuitive and accessible data visualization interfaces for real-time medical data (e.g., ECG analysis, risk prediction).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, AI/ML developers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality software.
  • Ensure secure and compliant integration with medical devices (smartwatches, Holter monitors) for continuous health monitoring.
  • Implement best practices for coding, performance optimization, and app scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance on the Windows platform and contribute to cross-platform strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience developing Windows applications, preferably using UWP, WPF, or WinUI frameworks.
  • Proficiency in C++/C#, .NET, and XAML.
  • Experience with integrating AI/ML models into applications (e.g., time-series data processing, real-time risk prediction).
  • Knowledge of medical application development and data privacy regulations (HIPAA compliance is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and handling large datasets for real-time processing.
  • Familiarity with wearable device integration (smartwatches, Holter monitors) and working with health data APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare tech or AI/ML.
  • Experience with cross-platform development.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based architecture and deployment for apps.
