We are seeking a Business Analyst Intermediate to join our team based in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate has worked cross-functionally to support Learning & Development solutions.
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and designing business systems, acting as a liaison between clients and technical groups, and overseeing the execution of systems testing. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and design business systems to meet the needs of our clients
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs from both a business and technical perspective
Act as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups
Capture and document business requirements for implementation
Oversee the execution of systems testing to ensure functionality and efficiency
Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records
Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
Develop and implement design controls for EO/IR systems
Utilize AB Testing methods to optimize business systems
Regularly review and update business requirement documents.
Requirements
Must have proficiency in Implementation processes.
Should have demonstrated experience as a Liaison between different stakeholders.
Ability to Execute business strategies and plans effectively.
Must be able to prepare and handle Business Requirement Documents proficiently.
Should have skills to Capture key business metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
Experience in AB Testing is desired.
Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary.
Design controls knowledge is expected.
Should have an understanding and experience of working with Business systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
