Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR function in the automotive industry. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, driving talent management, organizational development, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Lead efforts in talent development, succession planning, and leadership training to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, as well as industry standards.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and enhance HR initiatives.
  • Represent the company in labor relations, negotiations, and employee relations matters.
  • Promote a positive employee experience through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR leader, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing organizational change and developing a high-performance culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
