As a business systems consultant senior on the Connectivity & Routing Team, you'll lead and innovate driving our vision to deliver capabilities in support of advancing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) routing strategy. You'll lead application processes and system enhancement improvements for CRM Governed, Platform, and Run the Business (RTB) efforts. In addition, you'll create business requirements and evaluate technical solutions by discussing needs with end users, project sponsors, managers, and project teams.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of ten years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred skills
  • Cisco UCCE experience or experience with any other call routing platform (i.e., Genesys, NICE) along with contact center call flow experience
  • Application development experience or experience working closely with developers
  • Rapid learner with strong analytical and logic thinking skills
  • Strong leader and communicator, adept at collecting, organizing, analyzing, documenting, and presenting data/information
  • Proven ability to investigate and define problems, combine information from multiple sources, and formulate high-quality recommendations that positively influence project and work outcomes

Compensation
  • $93,200 - $124,300/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
