Feeling stuck in your current role? Maybe you’re running the same old improvement processes with no real impact, or perhaps you're starting to wonder if your efforts are truly making a difference?

Here’s an opportunity where you can change all of that.

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll be stepping into a key role at a site that’s fully committed to Lean Manufacturing and performance improvement. This isn’t about following the same old checklist—you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovative changes and embedding a lean culture throughout the organization.

You’ll have the freedom to develop and implement lean strategies that genuinely improve factory performance, while also growing and developing the people around you. Whether it’s eliminating waste, enhancing processes, or rolling out a training program across the site, you’ll be part of an environment where your efforts make a real, tangible impact.

You probably already have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement within the FMCG sector, so we won’t bore you with all the details. But here’s a taste of what you’ll be working on: you’ll drive performance improvement across multiple departments, identify and lead initiatives to reduce waste, and implement sustainable changes using Lean principles like 5S, TPM, and SPC. You’ll also develop a training program for the entire site, ensuring that employees at all levels have the tools they need to excel. Plus, your role won’t just be limited to the factory—you’ll extend your influence to areas like Sales, Distribution, and Marketing, helping shape the broader business strategy.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to lead by example, coach teams in Lean tools like 5S, TPM, and SPC, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your efforts will directly contribute to ensuring products are made at the right cost and quality, all while helping position the company for future growth.
