Bull Moose Tube is adding a Corporate Recruiter to help support our continued growth and achievement of established business objectives. In this role you will be responsible for directly partnering with hiring managers in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent. Reporting directly to the Corporate HR Director you will be an integral part of the HR Team working across the organization to fill a variety of salaried positions. The position is a hybrid to remote role.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruiting to include posting, sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, offers of employment, and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all salaried positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop and update job descriptions, devise recruitment strategies, and determine the applicable interview process and participants.
- Coordinate the interview schedule with candidates and interview team to ensure that the interview process is consistent with and contributes to the achievement of established business objectives.
- Responsible for managing the candidate experience to ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout the process.
- Regularly inform and update hiring managers of the status and progress of recruiting efforts.
- Lead negotiation efforts for compensation packages, including salary, benefits, equity, and other incentives in collaboration with the HR Director and key stakeholders.
- Consistent with established policies, procedures, and business objectives; prepare employment offers, position-specific related offer documentation, and any additional offer communication pieces.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamic practices related to talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including executive search firms, networking, referrals, social media, direct outreach, and job fairs to identify and engage top talent across relevant industries and geographies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and external partners to enhance the company's employer brand and reputation in the market as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for key roles.
- Maintain and report key performance metrics of recruitment activities.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures, all areas of recruiting, and of employment laws and regulations; federal, state specific, and local.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for all levels within an organization.
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a superior work effort and defined sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years full cycle recruiting experience.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment technologies, compensation tools, and talent analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with an ATS; ApplicantPro is a plus.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
