Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in various tasks aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving engagement across multiple social media platforms. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow within the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across social media platforms.
- Go to construction project sites to take photos for social media.
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and report on performance metrics.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing the social media calendar and scheduling posts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Salary $25/hour
