As a Lead Chief of Staff, you will provide direct support to a Senior Manager in developing and tracking business plan and monitoring performance results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent in PowerPoint, telling stories (written and verbally), and using data to make compelling points.
- Enjoy working on large number of items throughout the day, and needing to constantly reassess what is most urgent vs. most important as well as prioritizing your own and others’ activities according.
- Deep experience working Business Commercialization or Business Marketing.
- Strong project management experience – specifically, managing medium numbers of project participants to successful outcomes.
- This position has responsibility and accountability for human resources, budget and administrative functions for the district.
- Responsible for prioritizing critical work tasks for the district.
- This position will represent the district in providing a front door for requests that do not have a clear owner, which requires a good overall knowledge of district functions.
- May be the primary delegate representing the Senior Managers in their absence including; resolution of budget management, business planning, and tactical planning issues.
- Member of task forces and process management teams to ensure overall district success.
- Decisions must be made in an environment of constant change while balancing multiple priorities that include driving growth for the AT&T Business unit, competitive pressures, fluctuating revenue streams, and financial limitations.
- Report to a Senior Manager.
- 5 + years of experience in related field.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree
- P&L management experience desired
