We are looking for a Marketing Automation and Campaign Coordinator to join our team in the insurance industry based in Branchville, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing email and digital campaigns using advanced automation tools, segmenting target audiences, monitoring campaign performance and scheduling materials. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Implement, optimize and assist with the management of our marketing automation platform to ensure the success of campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing managers, creative teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.

Assist with the development and execution of campaigns, including segmentation and nurturing.

Manage various elements of marketing campaigns, such as scheduling, creative brief development, production, targeting, list selection, and fulfillment.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion rates.

Assist in enhancing best practices and governance programs related to marketing automation.

Build milestones, email plans and test v. control groups to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Leverage your proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools in managing campaign data and reporting.

Use your coordination skills to ensure seamless campaign execution and to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Utilize your skills in database and promotional marketing to maximize campaign reach and impact.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role focused on marketing automation and campaign coordination within the insurance industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Proven experience in the successful coordination and execution of email campaigns
Strong skills in coordination and coordinating schedules, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in database marketing is a must, with a focus on customer segmentation, database selection, and campaign management
Familiarity with promotional marketing techniques and strategies
Proven track record in implementing outbound marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation
Ability to develop, execute, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
