Description
We are seeking a Data Systems Manager (EMR/EHR) based in Delray Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be managing data and ensuring accuracy across various systems. Your primary responsibility will be to organize data points, communicate with different teams, and analyze data to meet business needs. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure accuracy in data across Credible, CARISK, and SharePoint systems.
Become a subject matter expert for the organization's EMR (Credible Behavioral Health), the Managing Entity, and SharePoint Systems.
Develop data solutions from multiple data sources/applications and implement new systems as directed.
Work with Credible and the Managing Entity to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Develop and manage data reporting for internal and external consumers.
Upload and submit data as required to various systems.
Ensure data security via proper access controls.
Provide EMR assistance and support to end-users.
Organize, implement, and manage new hire as well as ongoing training for EMR and STATE reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly uploads to the CARISK portal.
Requirements
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL
Demonstrable skills in Optimization and AB Testing
Proficiency in Backup Technologies and Cluster Analysis
Solid experience in Configuration Management and Database Administration
Strong knowledge of Data Management and Data Manipulation Language
Experience in Data Reporting and EHR SYSTEM
Proficiency in using EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
Strong SQL and XML skills
Experience in Data Visualization and Data Modeling
Ability to manage, manipulate and analyze data and convert it into useful information
Understanding of healthcare industry standards related to data management
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
