Sparks Group in partnership with a financial services company is seeking a Vice President, End User Technology Support. As the VP, End User Support you will be responsible for providing hands on support of technology operations management and oversight of various initiatives. Responsibilities:
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, strategic language for executive leadership.
  • Foster a transparent and communicative environment within the technology department.
  • Provide expert support for Microsoft M365, VDI, Citrix, Webex, and mobile device management.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance end-user productivity.
  • Collaborate with technical staff, manage projects, and ensure adherence to procedures and standards
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in a technology leadership role
  • Technical Project Management Experience
  • Proficient with the MS Office Suite with a focused ability to create concise and compelling presentations in PowerPoint in a demanding and quick paced environment (Flash Reports in PowerPoint, Excel Workbooks, etc.)
  • Proficient in multiple infrastructure disciplines and functions
  • Experience with agile methodologies

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $180,000.00 to $220,000.00
