Who You Are
- 7 plus years industry related experience in a senior role
- Hands on experience where you played a role in an expansion/acquisition/startup with a new or existing business
- Aggressively work toward achieving the vision
- People savvy
- Industry connected
- Driven by results.
- Focus always on the deliverables
- Understand the system and work toward improvement wherever possible
- Maximize operational efficiencies
- Identify and mitigate potential risks. Implement risk management strategies
- Business development. Identify new opportunities, build partnerships and expand the company's reach
- Strict attention to regulatory compliance. Oversee legal and compliance related matters
- Strong critical thinker. Decisive decision making
