Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Enterprise IT Security with a specialized focus on the implementation, maintenance, and adherence to common security tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the deployment and ongoing management of these security tools to ensure the protection and integrity of our enterprise systems and data.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 5 years focused on the implementation and maintenance of security tools.

Understanding of incident response, cloud posture management, best security posture practices.

Strong understanding of NIST and ISO 27001 framework.

Proven experience in leading and managing IT security individuals.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy: Develop and lead the strategy for implementing and maintaining security tools, ensuring alignment with the overall IT security strategy and business objectives.

Policy Development: Create and enforce policies, standards, and procedures related to the use of security tools to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security risks through the effective use of security tools, conducting regular security assessments and audits.

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT and business units to integrate security tools seamlessly into existing systems and processes.

Incident Response: Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation using the deployed security tools.

Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on the use and best practices of security tools.
