Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with expertise in S/4 HANA to join our growing team. This role requires extensive knowledge of SAP EWM and its integration with SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading full lifecycle implementations, managing system configurations, designing solutions for complex warehousing scenarios, and providing post-go-live support. This is a full-time, remote role requiring flexibility to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including business blueprint, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Analyze and assess business requirements and develop SAP EWM solutions tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and S/4 HANA, particularly in areas of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide solution architecture and technical designs.
  • Configure and customize SAP EWM based on client needs for inbound/outbound processes, warehouse execution tasks, transportation management, and production staging.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, SD, PP, WM) to ensure integration points and overall system compatibility.
  • Facilitate unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure proper functionality.
  • Provide expert guidance and support during cutover, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM-related issues in a timely manner, providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP EWM.
  • Proven experience working with S/4 HANA in a warehousing or supply chain environment.
  • Extensive understanding of warehouse processes (putaway, picking, packing, shipping, stock transfers, goods receipts, and replenishments).
  • Strong knowledge of decentralized and embedded EWM in SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience with RF framework and labor management in SAP EWM.
  • Ability to design and implement warehouse management solutions across complex warehouse structures.
  • Expertise in integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and WM.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP debugging is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to business users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects with complex supply chain or warehouse operations.

Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA embedded analytics and Fiori apps for EWM.

Experience in working with global teams and managing stakeholders across different regions.

Certification in SAP EWM or SAP S/4 HANA.
