Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Change Management Specialist to join our team. This key role will be responsible for configuring and optimizing an out-of-the-box ServiceNow system to support the implementation of new enterprise Change Management processes. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of ITIL Change Management best practices and extensive experience configuring the Change Management portion of ServiceNow to support newly defined enterprise Change Management processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the ServiceNow platform owner to configure it in support of new Change Management processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL standards.
- Design and implement workflows, approval processes, and notifications within ServiceNow to facilitate efficient Change Management.
- Analyze existing Change Management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within ServiceNow.
- Develop reports and dashboards within ServiceNow to track Change Management metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Overall 10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 4 years focused on Change Management configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to configure and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Experience in training users and providing support for ServiceNow applications.
