  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Client is looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong skills in data analytics, mining, generation, and visualization. The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable, goal-oriented reports that promote process improvements and foster innovation.

Primary Focus: The role will concentrate on data mining and analysis within the Market to Order processes, encompassing platforms such as e-Commerce, B2B, Salesforce, SAP, and Service Max.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Market to Order IT leads to understand reporting needs, KPIs, and critical metrics, delivering valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Collect and analyze data from various Market to Order applications.
  • Detect trends, patterns, and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Analytics, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee key reports related to the Global Commercialization Organization (GCO) and Global Supply Chain (GSC).
  • Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to improve data accessibility and usability.
  • Investigate and implement best practices to optimize processes.
  • Present comprehensive analysis and findings to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst, with expertise in data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in handling data across platforms like e-Commerce, Salesforce, SAP, and Service Max.
  • Advanced Excel abilities, including vlookups, hlookups, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in building reports using Power BI.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
