Role:SRE Delivery Manager
Location:local to Dallas and in the office 2-3 days a week
Type:Contract to hire

Collaboration - Able to collaborate with other departments to work with people who are experts in their own fields.
The SRE Delivery Manager would have the following responsibilities
Provide oversight and governance to various SRE activities that happen in Pod 5-7
Track day-to-day incidents and move them towards closure
Responsible for managing the backlog for LTCM for Quality 1 platform Reliability and Availability, from an SRE perspective
Assume end-to-end ownership/responsibility for platform related incidents, mobilize support from various teams and Pods and drive progress
Make priority calls in consultations with PO/Principal Engineer on Product & SRE Features
Own SLOs and Error budgets for Platforms
Own technology trials & POCs, create plans for evaluations and interface with external vendors
Publish reports and update key stakeholders on state of SRE implementations
Collaborate with legacy Pods (1-4) and other organizations (Chofer etc) to identify key Product & SRE features to determine SRE Roadmap
Continue to Streamline processes for incident management, problem management and change management. Ensure all SREs (existing & New) are compliant with the processes and take remedial actions
Identify SRE training needs for the whole program and coordinate training programs
