  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

As a UX Designer, you will fully own the end-to-end design process, ensuring that design, business goals, and technical constraints align seamlessly. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, engaging in workshops and guiding product vision. You will harness your expertise on traditional design tasks such as wireframing, low/high-fidelity designs, and prototyping, with attention to accessibility and a strong root in human-centered design principles, to swiftly transform complex ideas into intuitive solutions.

This position requires someone with a proactive ownership mindset, a deep passion for learning and the ability to lead design initiatives across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design efforts across multiple engagements, with attention to both big-picture strategy and detailed craftsmanship.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to bring together business, design, and technical perspectives.
  • Drive the creation and evolution of a Figma-based design system, ensuring reusability and scalability across projects.
  • Implement and champion Agile and SCRUM workflows, ensuring design work is well-integrated into the development process.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and insights.
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met across all digital products, from initial design to final delivery.
  • Advocate and promote design best practices within our company and across our clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating new methods into design practices where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in digital design, with expertise in designing digital products, responsive web, and mobile interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with expertise in wireframing, low-to-high-fidelity designs and prototyping.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading design projects in fast-paced, agile environments with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Actionable experience in developing design projects with Agile and SCRUM methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance user-centered design with business objectives and constraints.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, excelling in leading workshops and live presentations.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuously improving design processes.
