  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

General Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the administration, maintenance, and optimization of ProWatch access control system, ensuring its seamless operation across the authority.

Install, configure, and maintain Pro-Watch access control system software and hardware components.

Create and manage user accounts, access levels, and permissions within the Pro-Watch system.

Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

Implement security patches, updates, and upgrades to maintain system integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.

Create and maintain integrations with other systems include CNL, PeopleSoft and other WMATA systems.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Provide timely technical support and guidance to end-users, security personnel, and stakeholders.

Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher-level support teams when necessary and follow up until resolution.

Recommend and implement improvements, upgrades, and new features to align with evolving security requirements and industry best practices.

Education

Bachelor s degree in computer science or software engineering.

Experience

8 10 years of experience as a system administrator with a focus on Pro-Watch or similar access control systems.

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Pro-Watch software and hardware components.

Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and security principles.

Experience with SQL Server

Experience managing large enterprise systems with HA and DR.

Certification

Relevant certifications (e.g., Pro-Watch Certified System Administrator) are advantageous.
