Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize and develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for product launches based on product characteristics and target positioning.

2. Monitor the implementation process of the product GTM plan, coordinate progress across various departments such as R&D, marketing, sales, delivery, and service to ensure timely product launches, and manage the entire product lifecycle.

3. Product management: Based on market trends, formulate overall goals and break them down for each channel, coordinating all channels to achieve overall sales targets, track sales performance, and be responsible for the sales metrics throughout the product lifecycle.

4. Production and supply chain coordination: Coordinate with the backend supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.

5. Inventory and pricing management: Manage channel pricing and market pricing to maximize product profitability.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in Chinese as a working language;

2. At least 3 years of experience in sales/product/GTM/Product Marketing in the consumer goods, electronics, or home goods industries.

3. Proactive communicator with a results-oriented mindset.
