Job Title: Program Manager/Portfolio Manager

Description:
  • Support Portfolio planning and manage engagement with key stakeholders across business, technology, finance, strategy, and other supporting groups, with goal of driving achievement of key deliveries.
  • Engage with stakeholders, to support administration of Portfolio & Program Management Policy and Standard for the Enterprise.
  • Support Capacity Based Planning initiative including the development of performance snapshots, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and executive reporting for senior management.
  • Synthesize analysis and recommendations for senior level audiences.
  • Provide complex analysis of data and information gathered for reports to be presented to internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Monitor lean governance compliance and manage first line operational risk.
  • Assess current and future state tooling.
  • Provide ad hoc support for Strategy Enablement initiatives as needed.
Key Skills include:
  • Experience managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completion
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
  • Skilled in Business Insight including interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Skilled in Microsoft Teams
  • Skilled in Powerpoint
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Suite
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • PMP certificate and agile experience a plus
