  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Azure Data Factory Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing data pipelines within our Azure cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and Azure data services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to target data stores.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to understand data requirements and define efficient data pipelines.
  • Optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation rules to maintain data accuracy.
  • Utilize Azure Data Factory's built-in activities and custom code to create complex data transformations.
  • Automate data pipeline scheduling and monitoring for efficient operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest Azure Data Factory features and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., T-SQL, PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage).
  • Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Certification in Azure Data Factory or Azure Data Engineering.
  • Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Databricks.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
