  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Resource 1 is seeking a skilled Salesforce Analyst with experience in gathering and documenting requirements for integration projects. This role will focus on managing integrations from MuleSoft into UCI Ascend and building robust test cases and acceptance criteria for each integration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and be Salesforce Admin certified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers to gather and document business requirements for MuleSoft integrations with UCI Ascend.
  • Analyze, define, and create detailed test cases and acceptance criteria for integration projects.
  • Work closely with development teams, MuleSoft developers, and Salesforce admins to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform gap analysis between current Salesforce functionality and desired business needs.
  • Support user testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to integrations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce, particularly in business analysis and integrations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Admin Certified).
  • Hands-on experience working with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration methodologies and data mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to build clear and thorough acceptance criteria.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with UCI Ascend or similar applications.
  • Knowledge of API management and integration best practices.
