Need experience in Healthcare background.
Manage and maintain Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Implement and manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and permission sets.
Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
Perform data imports, updates, and data cleansing as needed.
Implement data backup and recovery processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to understandand support their needs.
Provide training and support to Salesforce users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
