PRISM seeks a Help Desk Technician to play a vital role in ensuring our users have a seamless and productive experience. You'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve incidents, and provide expert guidance to our users.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Tier II/III Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Incident Management: Manage and track tickets from resolution to closure, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
  • Knowledge Base: Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist users and streamline support processes.
  • Remote Support: Provide remote technical assistance to users using various tools and techniques.
  • User Training: Assist in developing and delivering user training materials and workshops.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • 8570 Compliant - Minimum IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent )
  • High School Diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Professional attitude focusing on detail, customer service, and excellent organizational skills.
