Role Overview: As an Acquisitions Manager at OIP Homes, you'll be the driving force behind our acquisition strategies, leading efforts to secure profitable deals and build lasting relationships with property sellers. If you are aggressive, social, and thrive on taking initiative and closing deals, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate Contracts: Develop and execute strategies to secure favorable and profitable deals with motivated property sellers.
• Attend Seller Appointments: Provide a personalized and consultative approach in meetings with property owners to assess their property's condition and explore acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure Consistent Lead Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact and nurture relationships with potential sellers according to company-defined processes, converting leads into successful acquisitions.
Qualifications:
• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong track record of closing deals and building long-term relationships.
• Expert Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and terms, achieving favorable outcomes while maintaining positive relationships.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $121,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
