As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes and conducting reviews. You will work closely with global QA initiatives and processes to ensure the highest level of quality standards.

Job Requirement:

  • Experience in working with Medicare & Medicaid claims data, portal and government market including vendors, especially need very good understanding on 834, 837 EDI format files.
  • QA Lead who needs expert hands on experience on Health Care Payer Government Markets portfolio.
  • In this role, you are expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • You will be responsible for making team decisions and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Health Rules platform experience would be an additional advantage.
  • Master proficiency in Medicare Advantage is required.

Expert proficiency in Medicare Star Ratings, Quality Assurance (QA), Medicaid Managed Care, and Payer Claims Processing, as well as Payer Analytics, are recommended.
