Role Description

Omega Consulting, a rapidly expanding consulting firm, is in search of a proficient and experienced Virtual Assistant to become a part of our team. In this role, you will operate remotely from your home office, delivering vital administrative support to our consultants and facilitating the seamless operation of our business. This is a full-time opportunity that offers potential for growth and advancement within Omega Consulting. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Virtual Assistant at Omega Consulting. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing advisory services to executives, enhancing business strategy, optimizing operational processes, and utilizing cutting-edge technological products for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar (including scheduling meetings)
  • Book travel and accommodations
  • Create presentations and write official, company-wide correspondence
  • Track CEO’s spending and prepare expense reports
  • Manage weekly content and posts on company’s social media accounts
  • Address emails and phone inquiries
  • Arrange meetings
  • Maintain a contact database
  • Compile customer spreadsheets and update online records
  • Coordinate managers' schedules
  • Conduct market research
  • Respond to administrative inquiries from employees

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business strategy, organizational performance, and operational processes
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation
  • Knowledge of user experience design and marketing transformation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
  • Experience in business consulting is a plus
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software)
  • Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom or WebEx), online chat/instant messaging, and group sharing platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient with online calendars and scheduling (like Calendly or Google Calendar)
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
  • Social media content management
