About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead and support a team of Account Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching the team on sales best practices, including the company's end-to-end sales process, and providing management support to ensure the team's success. This role involves defining sales strategies for key deals, participating in critical sales calls, and contributing to the shaping of the company's go-to-market strategy. The Regional VP of Sales will also be tasked with forecasting accurately, recruiting top sales talent, and fostering a positive and high-performing sales culture. The ideal candidate for the Regional VP of Sales position at the company will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly for a hypergrowth enterprise SaaS company with high ACVs. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and excellent business and financial acumen are essential. Experience in managing Account Executives for a minimum of 5 years, as well as a background in value selling methodologies and exposure to AI and marketing technology, are also required. The role demands a leader who can instill a positive sales culture, communicate effectively about technical products, and engage with C-level buyers.
