Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in partnership with a well-established financial services institution, is seeking a Vice President, Incident and Problem Management. As the VP, Incident and Problem Management, you will be hands on and at the forefront of incidents impacting the organization as well as drive strategic direction and take incident management to the next level. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a small team as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience in Incident and problem management and working in IT Service Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize incident management tools and processes.
  • Coordinate incident management with other IT service management functions.
  • Analyze incident and problem data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, collaborating with support teams.
  • Develop and maintain incident/problem management documentation and reporting.

Qualifications/Background Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience designing and executing incident/problem management processes
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in IT Service Management or senior operations role in financial services
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Service Now
