We are searching for a recruitment administrator on a full-time basis. The hours will normally be Philippine 08:30 - 5:30. We are looking to pay between 40,000 - 50,000 PHP per month (all up) for a full-time position.
We are based in Perth, Western Australia which is the same time zone as the Philippines and we are seeking someone who has a good level of experience working for an international US, UK or Australian based company.
We will also offer additional paid leave for the successful candidate.
We are looking for someone stable who is also seeking a long-term career opportunity as we would like this person to eventually take on more challenging work over time depending on the skills you possess.
Some of the duties will include:
Formatting resumes from PDF/Word into the company format with logo etc
Saving these resumes onto BULLHORN our CRM
Use or knowledge of Bullhorn or Jobadder or recruitment databases is an advantage but not essential
Assistance with updating fields within Bullhorn
Work with our other remote administrators in the Philippines
Collating and saving tickets, licenses and any other paperwork relevant to a candidate's profile
Liaising with the Filipino team and Australian consultants and working with them closely
You must have secure and high-speed internet for this position
You must have high attention to detail
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of all forms of the English language
This position will report to both the Team leader within the Philippines and the Business Services Manager here in Australia
