Administrative Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will work across various areas of the marketing team assisting in the realms of meeting coordination, project management and overall team communications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is ambitious, highly organized and has strong organization and communication skills.

• Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team, including senior leadership.
• Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across DISH Media including Sales, Business Development/Strategy, Product, PR, Data & Analytics, Monetization, etc.
• Help develop, manage, and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners.
• Assist with internal logistics for events (calendar maintenance, material prep, event evaluations, etc.)
• Liaise between Marketing and Sales teams and industry partners to coordinate materials for events and sales initiatives.
• Maintain project trackers and help with campaign strategy and organization.
  
  

Skills

• 2+ years experience (including internships) in marketing, product, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
