Project Advisory Leader - Construction
Location: Remote/Hybrid | Position: Full time
We are currently representing a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that is looking to expand their project advisory group. This role will report directly into the COO. The successful candidate will lead a team of over 100+ professionals and be a key driver of growing the project advisory practice that is currently sitting around $50 million.
Strategic Leadership & Operations:
- Develop and execute division’s growth strategy aligned with company vision.
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain key client relationships.
- Lead a high-performing team, promoting collaboration and professional development.
- Set and track KPIs to meet revenue and profit targets.
- Act as the senior point of contact for client engagements, ensuring service quality.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Financial Management & Growth:
- Oversee financial performance: budget planning, revenue forecasting, expense control.
- Use data analytics to drive growth decisions and assess market trends.
- Explore market expansion and assist in integrating acquisitions.
- Report financial performance and operational achievements to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience, including leadership roles in construction consulting or project advisory services.
- Proven track record in driving financial growth and leading service-oriented teams.
- Expertise in strategic planning, client management, and achieving financial objectives.
- Strong communication, business development, and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for client and operational needs.
