Position Overview

Responsibilities Of The Receptionist
- Meeting and greeting guests as they enter the office providing excellent hospitality and addressing their needs
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and distributing them accordingly
- Developing and maintaining a high level of company knowledge and professionalism
- Managing calendars
- Keeping the front desk, reception area, lobby, and conference rooms tidy
- Distributing mail to the appropriate departments and staff members
- Serving as the main point of office questions and needs
- Maintaining office inventory, ordering groceries, office supplies, etc.
- keeping kitchen and storage closets stocked and organized
- Ordering lunches
- Maintaining office expense reports
- Faxing, printing, etc.
- Occasional data entry and maintenance of internal applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Booking and setting up conference rooms
- 2+ years of reception experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to remember a great deal of information with keen attention to detail
- Friendly, positive personality
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to practice discretion
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
