Our client is a well-established, full line Powersports dealership located in the Mid-Atlantic region. The dealer is a leading operator in their area and has been for many years. They are respected and well-known in the industry and have an opportunity to grow their business significantly.
The Opportunity:
Our client currently enjoys solid performance and recognizes the opportunity for significant growth with a strong Sales Manager in place. The client seeks a Sales Manager with experience across all of the major brands, who can train and coach a strong and consistent sales process, and lead their sales team to greater heights. This role reports directly to the GM and will be a big part of the dealership’s success going forward. Garage Composites experience would be a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and inspire the sales team
- Capitalize on existing sales growth potential (deliver on growth potential)
- Create structure and processes that improve traffic & conversions
- Ensure staff understands and executes sales process
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in mid-high volume Sales Manager role
- Ability to bring strong process and data-driven approach
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Garage Composites experience a plus
