  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician III located in Southern Pines, NC. The IT Support Technician III will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, offering printer support, and performing computer repairs on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Desktop Computers and Printer Support knowledge
  • Experience in Computer Repair
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus
  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field
