Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee projects ranging from 9-day to 2-month durations, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Supply Management: Handle equipment rentals and order necessary supplies for each project.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Sales and Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Travel Management: Coordinate travel schedules with crews, ensuring efficient job flow and equipment management.
- Scheduling: Schedule contractors and manage weather planning to avoid project delays.
- Estimating and Bidding: Participate in project bidding and estimating, ensuring competitive and accurate bids.
- Engineering: Understand basic engineering plans and permits, working closely with third-party engineers.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final look of projects meets customer expectations and industry standards.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager or General Superintendent with a focus on setting poles.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of engineering plans and permits.
- Travel: Willingness to travel nationwide as required by the job.
- Bonus Structure: Candidate should expect a performance-based bonus structure.
- Bidding and Estimating: Ability to bid on projects and provide accurate estimates.
- Scheduling: Experience in scheduling and managing crews, including travel and equipment coordination.
- Industry Experience: Background in commercial management or similar fields.
