Appointment Scheduler LTE 5 months Remote Fulltime and Part times openings

Position Summary

Responsible for taking inbound calls and scheduling patients for provider appointments.

Position Responsibilities

• Answer Inbound calls and assist with scheduling appointments
• Update system with schedule
• Attend any meetings as requested by leadership team
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Pay range 14.50 to 16.00 an hour

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or
• Strong Organizational Skills, Good Phone & Conversation Skills
• High Level of Professionalism with email, phone and verbal conversations
• Moderate Internet, Computer Skills
• Moderate Microsoft Office Skills
• Multi-System Operating Skills
  
  

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• The position requires the dexterity to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, keyboard, mouse and telephone
• Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time with frequent bending and stooping
