We are EAGERLY seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor in the Church Hill, TN area. Full Time. Full Benefits. PTO. UP to 95k, Based on experience and certifications. PLUS Bonus! In need of someone being able to oversee Shop operations. Help mentor technicians as needed, assign work orders, etc. and perform more in depth repairs We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic Supervisor to work within a massive nationwide transportation company. Looking for someone who can be relied on daily to assist in overseeing this vital shift. We are seeking serious and professional candidates. Candidates that are serious about their careers and the further development of it for this organization cares about their employees and wants them to be there very best! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to lead and mentor Technicians. Maintain shop flow.
Assign work to Technicians.
Completes all required paperwork in a timely and concise manner.
Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and performs repairs and maintenance on all equipment to maximize safe and productive operations
Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Suspensions
Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Brake Systems
Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair Electrical Systems
Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools with the ability to interpret and make repairs from Service Manuals
