  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a retained executive search firm and we are working on a unique opportunity with our client for a Senior Managing Director/EVP of Acquisitions. This role is ideal for an experienced and visionary leader looking to drive strategic growth in the Single-Family Rental (SFR) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) markets. Our client has been around for nearly two decades but has recently established this new platform which is rapidly expanding.

We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in property acquisitions and well-established relationships with landowners, lenders and homebuilders, particularly within the Sunbelt SFR/BTR market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and building high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Overseeing the acquisition process, from sourcing opportunities to closing.
  • Identifying existing portfolio investments throughout the US specifically within the Sunbelt area.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and secure investment opportunities.

The role requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate or investment banking, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
